Processing Time All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Custom Orders Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order requires extra time.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
